Complete your profile Fill in all the customer information fields to finish signing up.
Enroll your vehicle You will need to provide information found in your official LTO Certificate of Registration to get CTPL for your vehicle.
Pay Choose from any of our online or over-the-counter payment options to complete your enrollment.
Print your COC After your payment is validated, you can download a digital copy of your Certificate of Cover (COC). Just print your COC for your registration at your local LTO branch.
